Unless otherwise agreed upon, our responsibilities
include: -
- Assisting the company in complying
with the Companies Act, 1995 and other
legislation having relevance thereto;
- Attending to meetings of the directors,
members and committees as and when so
required to do so;
- Operating as a Registered Office which
can be contacted by the public (Section
119 of the Companies Act, 1965)
